These issues and PRs address a bug where DingTalk's edit_message() lacked the AI Card availability check present in send(), causing repeated WARNING logs on installs without AI Cards configured. The fix adds the same guard to edit_message() so cardless installs no longer log a warning on every heartbeat edit.
