These items address a bug where an unset or suppressed terminal working directory in Docker messaging gateways silently prevents project-context discovery, causing AGENTS.md to never load. The fixes involve preserving the mounted workspace cwd and adding a fallback to profile-level AGENTS.md when discovery is suppressed.
