These items address a bug where curator and other off-turn background work executes without the requesting profile's context, causing unscoped secret errors and incorrect reads/writes to root-level state instead of the correct profile. The fix propagates the caller's context variables into background threads and ensures off-turn operations run scoped to the appropriate profile.
