A bug where kimi-for-coding resolves to the wrong 256K context window instead of the correct 1,048,576-token window, caused by a models.dev provider rename from kimi-code to kimi-code-plan-*. Multiple fix attempts address the catalog lookup to return the correct 1Mi context size.
