A bug where the 'Update now' and 'Maybe later' buttons in the update dialog become unreachable at higher UI scale settings, because the dialog body scrolls without a visible scrollbar and the footer is not pinned. The accompanying fixes address keeping those action buttons visible in a non-scrolling sticky footer.
