A bug where credential-keyed OAuth metadata caches are never pruned causes memory leaks on every token rotation. The associated fixes introduce bounding or pruning logic for these process-level caches.

Open issues1

  • Issue#130246[Bug]: `_codex_oauth_context_cache` / `_codex_oauth_max_context_cache` are keyed by a hash of the access token and never pruned, so every token rotation leaks two permanent entries

Open PRs2

  • PR#130248fix(agent): prune Codex OAuth metadata caches
  • PR#131451fix(cache): bound the credential-keyed process caches (rebase of #130664)
How this cluster was grouped
  • Link evidence (structural links throughout): every member is connected by structural evidence: shared changed files, or a closing/superseded reference.
  • Pairwise link density 0.67: the share of item pairs that carry a link, counting a structural link in full and a relevance-only link at 0.36. 1.00 means every pair is linked.
