Two members are TUI fixes about preventing a restored subagent/delegation result from waking a session that has no attached client. The third reports a gateway restart loop after unclean death with a recycled pid, along with stale async-delegation delivery consuming provider quota, which appears related to the same delegation-delivery area but is not clearly the same change.
