Members touch the API/gateway session chat stream across two adjacent themes: clients that fall behind, reconnect or wait recovering from the gateway, and the stream's tool.started / tool.completed / tool.failed events. One issue reports those tool events as missing, and one pull request addresses emitting them; the reconnect/recovery item appears related but distinct.
