A bug was identified where browser_tool.py set the wrong environment variable (AGENT_BROWSER_CHROME_FLAGS instead of AGENT_BROWSER_ARGS) for passing sandbox bypass flags, causing headless/sandboxed environments to fail. Multiple fix attempts address this variable naming mismatch.
