A cluster of bugs, fixes, and features centered on SIGABRT/exit-134 crashes during teardown of one-shot CLI runs, caused by background memory/gRPC/Honcho daemon threads not being cleanly joined before process exit. Includes related pluggable memory provider work and CLI interrupt handling improvements.
