A bug causes the s6 boot reconciler to incorrectly auto-start per-profile gateways when multiplex_profiles is enabled via config.yaml, leading to crash-loops and high CPU usage. The associated fixes make the reconciler correctly honor the multiplex_profiles setting at boot time.
