A bug causes the dashboard_auth provider registry to be cleared when plugins are reloaded or re-discovered at runtime, permanently breaking authentication. Two fixes address keeping the registry alive across plugin-manager unloads and preventing sign-in failures triggered by Desktop re-discovery.
