A bug causes the desktop client to repeatedly reconnect WebSockets every few seconds, visibly flickering the UI, particularly during agent turns or multi-profile setups. Related fixes address forced wake reconnects disturbing healthy secondary sockets and busy pooled backends during dispatch probes.
