A bug where opencode-go vision models (e.g. deepseek-v4-flash-vision-exp) were incorrectly routed to api.anthropic.com instead of the Go endpoint, and were not auto-detected as vision-capable. These issues address native image attachment and correct endpoint pinning for resumed sessions.
